Terms of service

• You must give accurate details and verify your email address before you can order.
• You are responsible for keeping your password and any sign-in codes private, and for what happens on your account.
• We may suspend or close an account that is used to abuse the service or to commit fraud.

• Prices are in Nigerian naira (₦) and are shown before you pay. The total you pay is always confirmed by our server, not by your browser.
• Photographs are for illustration and may differ slightly from what you receive.
• A product marked unavailable cannot be ordered. We may change prices and the menu at any time; an order you have already paid for keeps the price you paid.
• If you have an allergy or dietary requirement, please contact us before ordering. We only publish allergen information on a product page when we have confirmed it.

Payments are made securely through Paystack. An order is only accepted once Paystack has confirmed your payment to us. We never see or store your card details.

We offer the delivery and pickup options shown at checkout, and any delivery fee is shown before you pay. We do not guarantee a delivery time unless we have told you one for your order.

If there is a problem with your order, or you need to cancel it, contact us as soon as you can with your order number and we will review your request. Please contact us before disputing a payment with your bank.

Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break, overload or get around it, and no use of it for anything unlawful.

We take care in preparing your order and running the service, but the service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the law that cannot be limited.

We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new date. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
